Deployment Program

Annual Membership

​

To participate in the XeroFlood Barrier Deployment Program, each household or business must register as a member by paying an annual fee of $129. This fee ensures:

​

• Inclusion in our pre-planned, deployment routing.

• Allocation of manpower in advance of any storm.

• Priority scheduling on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Barrier Deployment Pricing Structure

Once a storm is named, members may request professional deployment of their XeroFlood Barriers during the following windows, based on days prior to predicted landfall:

Per Barrier Pricing

​

Minimum Charge 10–5 Days prior to landfall: $100 per barrier. $200 minimum (equivalent to 2 barriers.)

​

4 Days prior to landfall: $125 per barrier. $250 (minimum)

3 Days prior to landfall: $150 per barrier. $300 (minimum)

2 Days prior to landfall: $200 per barrier. $400 (minimum

Inspection-Only Service (Self-Install Verification)

​

For homeowners or property managers who wish to install their own barriers but require expert validation, we offer an inspection-only service, available up to 3 days prior to predicted landfall.

​

• Minimum Charge: $129 (includes first barrier)

• Additional Barriers: $25 per barrier

• Membership Required: Yes (Annual $129 fee applies)

 

Xero Technologies will inspect the installation and advise on any necessary adjustments. The homeowner or their appointed person is responsible for making changes prior to the storm.

Barrier Removal & Post-Storm Handling

​

Following a storm event, we also offer a post-deployment removal service to ensure your barriers are handled professionally and with care.

​

Barriers will be removed within 15 days after the storm has passed, based on accessibility and safety conditions. Scheduling will be coordinated in advance, and removal will proceed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Removal Service Includes: 

​

• Careful removal of each barrier

• Washing off storm debris and surface contaminants

• Drying and inspection of all barrier components

• Placement of barriers in a dry, secure location on-site, for the owner's inspection

 

Note: The service does not provide for folding or long-term storage. It is the responsibility of the homeowner or business owner to ensure the barriers are stored appropriately after inspection.

Removal Pricing

​

• Minimum Charge: $129 (includes up to 2 barriers)

• Additional Barriers: $35 per barrier

 

We strongly encourage all members to book the removal service during the initial deployment request, to ensure availability and streamline scheduling.

Important Notice on Membership Capacity.

Membership is available strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. Once Xero Technologies determines that the program has reached its operational capacity, no further membership or deployment requests will be accepted. This ensures quality and reliability for those already enrolled.

Disclaimer & Terms of Use

​

Xero Technologies prioritizes your protection and takes every reasonable precaution during the installation of our flood barrier systems. However, due to the unpredictable and extreme nature of hurricane events, all participants in the Deployment Program acknowledge and accept the following terms:

1. No Guarantees of Absolute Protection: While XeroFlood Barriers are designed to significantly reduce the risk of water intrusion, no system can offer a 100% flood-proof guarantee. The utilization of Xero Technologies deployment service will only ensure that XeroFlood barriers are properly placed and positioned.

2. Scope of Protection: All parties accept that the XeroFlood Barrier is only one component of a broader flood mitigation strategy. Proper drainage, landscaping, roof sealing, and other building protections remain the responsibility of the property owner.

3. Limitation of Liability: By enrolling in this program, all participants agree that Xero Technologies are not liable for any damage, loss, or consequence arising from storm-related events, regardless of whether the barrier was professionally installed, self-installed, or inspected.

4. Force Majeure: Delays in deployment due to factors beyond our control, such as road closures, mandatory evacuations, or weather conditions are not the responsibility of Xero Technologies.

5. User Responsibility: It is the duty of the property owner or authorized agent to ensure the site is safe, accessible, and properly prepared for deployment or inspection.

6. Acceptance of Terms: By joining the program or requesting any service under it, all parties acknowledge and accept these terms without exception. This includes the understanding that Xero Technologies will not be held responsible for any level of water damage incurred prior, during or after a storm.
